Katy, Texas (RestaurantNews.com) The most recent location of the Cabrera family – owners of Los Cucos, GaÃºchos Do Sul and La Marisquera Ostioneria – Vida Mariscos promises to bring authentic Mexican seafood to Katy’s residents starting September 15, 2021.
Located at 902 W. Grand Pkwy. S in the suburb of Katy, this is the second iteration of the Vida Mariscos concept. Following the huge success of their original location at 249 and Spring Cypress which opened in 2013, the family is looking forward to opening their doors for their grand opening next week.
The contemporary sports bar will provide residents with a 40-foot-long bar with over 50 TV screens, including an HD projector, to watch their favorite games. Customers can also expect a range of colorful and unique cocktails and their famous authentic Mexican seafood. Along with delicious Mexican flavors, Vida Mariscos is set to host karaoke nights, featuring DJs and live music with a Latin twist. The land, which will also house the next location of the Brazilian family concept of Churrascaria, GaÃºchos Do Sul (scheduled to open in spring 2022), offers ample parking, with easy access to the promenade.
Whether guests are looking for a place to take the family, watch the game, or party on the weekends, Vida Mariscos has something for everyone. The restaurant is open seven days a week, with opening hours from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm on Sundays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Mondays and Tuesdays; From 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday and from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Saturday.
