Spanning seven days – Monday through September 18 – Negroni Week will take over dozens of Bangkok bars with highlights such as special guest teams and a bar vying to create the “greatest Negroni cocktail” in the world. world.
Negroni Week was launched in 2013 by Campari and, after 10 years, has grown from 100 American bars to more than 10,000 establishments worldwide.

Hotel Kimpton Maa Lai
This chic spot on Tony Langsuan Road will host an official launch party at its Urban oasis garden where the organizers will attempt a Guinness World Records feat with the greatest Negroni cocktail. Expect to see a specially constructed acrylic vessel surrounded by ice and drink all the negroni you can for 1,200 THB. Part of the proceeds will go to Slow Food International, an organization that promotes local food culture and traditions.
Inside the hotel, head to Mrs. Jigger, Bar Yard, and Arts and crafts for more, as bars will be serving special negroni drinks with fun modern touches like a Highball Maa-Lai (ongan cordial, pink grapefruit juice, lemon sparkling water and edible pomelo flavor), Negroni Spritz with Lod Chong syrup, passion fruit, Thai tea cordial and Cinzano prosecco. Each costs 440 THB per glass. Ms. Jigger will exclusively serve the Ice Negroni, which comes in an all-ice glass for 750 THB.
The St. Regis Bar
Linger over a classic cocktail against the backdrop of the setting sun on the 12th floor of the St. Regis Bar which on Tuesday will host Jane Kaew-Yod, award-winning bartender and founder of Suvarn Bar in Koh Samui, who will mix drinks for a single night.
The Bamboo Bar
Symphony Loo, Campari’s brand ambassador for Southeast Asia, will visit the jazz institution on Wednesday and put their own spin on negroni.
Once shaking drinks at the Thonglor Rabbit Hole bar and the now defunct Liberation, Suwincha “Chacha” Singsuwan will take over the Stella Bar at the Capella Bangkok Hotel on Thursday night for his take on negroni drinks.
It’s Friday again, and the negroni are still flowing. Asia Today’s Tamaryn Cooper will take over the Firefly Bar inside the Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel for a single night from 8 p.m. until late September 16.
Spend time in the upscale bar filled with vinyl records with Federico Balzarini. At Italo-Disco Night, the Milan-born mixologist and new head of Vesper will whip up special negroni drinks to go along with groovy tunes from the 70s, 80s and 90s on September 16.
The lounge, the Standard Bangkok
On September 17, the newly opened all-day restaurant inside the Standard Bangkok Mahanakhon hosts the next-level Negroni party with whimsical versions of negroni drinks crafted by award-winning mixologist Milk Thanaworachayaki. The three-hour free-stream event costs THB 1,200 per person.
