Better-for-you restaurant adds 8 dishes to the menu, including 2 new value-added dishes

DENVER , November 16, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Modern market restauranta fast casual concept specializing in homemade food from clean ingredients, presents its winter menu with a combination of savory and sweet dishes and a new flavor of lemonade.

The refreshed menu includes delicious dishes, such as:

  • Brussels and bacon pizza: Brussels sprouts, nitrate-free bacon, roasted onions, whole milk mozzarella, gorgonzola, balsamic glaze and white cheddar sauce on a handmade crust. $12.95
  • Braised Angus Beef Bowl: Braised Angus beef, cremini mushrooms and roasted onions, Caesar salad with kale, garlic mashed potatoes. $14.45
  • Nice tuna: Line-caught ahi tuna, green beans, roasted cherry tomatoes, caged egg, kalamata olives, roasted fingerling potatoes, and sesame seeds on spring mix, topped with a champagne-citrus vinaigrette. $14.95
  • NEW Braised Angus Beef Protein Bowl: Braised Angus beef on a bed of hot organic rice and quinoa, with chimichurri and two sides. $8.95 (Customers may add mushrooms/onions for an additional charge.)
  • Coconut Nutella Waffle: Belgian waffle with pearl sugar, Nutella, toasted coconut, toasted almond, powdered sugar. $5.45
  • Hibiscus and Blood Orange Lemonade: Botanical tea with hibiscus berries and blood orange puree mixed with a simple natural lemonade made with lemon juice, filtered water and cane sugar.

Modern Market has also added two valuable dishes to the new menu for the enjoyment of customers: the Salad from the winter garden, made with spring mix, marinated Brussels sprouts, roasted cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, carrot, goat cheese, balsamic fillet and green onion ranch, and the Bowl of green vegetables and cereals with Warm Rice and Organic Quinoa, Baby Lettuce, Brussels sprouts, cremini mushrooms and roasted onions, roasted rainbow carrots, roasted cherry tomatoes, balsamic glaze and green onion ranch. Both are available now for $10.95.
