Owner Christina C. Holland opened the business with her husband in February 2020, a difficult time to do due to the onset of the pandemic, she noted.

“We are a family and family business. We came out on faith and created an opportunity for our family to do something that we all love which is to create, to be together, to grow together and to earn a few dollars in the process, we love it, ” Holland told MLive-The Flint Journal. via e-mail. “Our restaurant is a reflection of our hard work, dedication and mutual support. Our goal is to continue serving good, quality food in a clean environment by pleasant and professional staff.

The company doesn’t offer indoor seating, but instead offers a drive-thru option. Prices on the menu range from $ 1 for a kids’ burger to $ 12.99 for some dinners.

Holland, 44, said the company prides itself on serving customers with good energy, food and contribution to the community.

“Our food is fresh and made to order and carefully prepared,” said Holland. “We don’t identify as a fast food restaurant. What we do is provide good, fresh food for the soul.

The company is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday to Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
