Mexican street food chain opens new restaurant in Derbion

A Mexican street food chain opened a new outlet in Derby’s largest shopping mall this week.

Saburritos opened a pop-up restaurant in the food court on Level 2 in Derbion on Monday January 3.

The new venue, located next to GDK (German Doner Kebabs), offers authentic Mexican cuisine, including burritos, quesadillas, and tacos, as well as salads, sides, and vegan options.

Saburritos opened in the unit formerly occupied by Yo Sushi, before it closed as part of the corporate restructuring announced in August 2020.

“Saburritos is a welcome addition to our hugely popular food court and visitors can find the pop-up near GDK.

“It will only be with us for a short time, so buyers should make sure to visit Saburritos soon.”
