Launch of STILLY RTD cocktails throughout Minnesota

STILLWATER, Minn.– STILLY, the new brand of canned ready-to-drink cocktails that launched in Minnesota liquor stores earlier this month, is already causing a stir with consumers.

STILLY drinks are NOT sodas, and they are not your ordinary canned cocktails; it’s a whole new category of unique adult drinks called “stilly”. A “stilly” is a light and refreshing cocktail made with premium vodka or other distilled spirits, fine bubbles, a drizzle of natural juice and natural flavors. The exact ingredients and processes used to make a “stilly” are a closely guarded secret, but consumers love the taste of this unique and naturally refreshing drink.

STILLY-branded beverages hit Minnesota liquor stores days before the July 4 holiday. Just over two weeks later, consumers can find them at more than 300 liquor stores across Minnesota. New stores are added daily.

The company introduced three distinctly delicious flavors of “stilly vodka” in a variety assortment (6 cans/3 flavors) of 12oz slim cans for $14.99. The three varieties available now include “Partymaker+” (cranberry lime), “Vibe Machine” (grapefruit), and “The Fuzz” (peach). More flavors are coming to market soon.

“Rarely do we see such a successful launch. Customers are buying the product within days of it hitting stores,” said Keith Donovan, general manager of sales for Bellboy Corporation, the distributor of STILLY-branded beverages. “We pre-sold the entire first series before it even hit the production line, and our customer demand continues to grow with each person who tastes it.”

What started as an idea less than a year ago, with the support of family and friends, has blossomed into not only a new product line, but a lifestyle brand as well. “We all live for the good times in life. So we want to inspire people to take a moment, crack a STILLY and a smile, relax, have fun and enjoy the STILLY Life, while creating memories together,” Barthelemy said.

Later this summer, the company will launch a range of products, including hats, t-shirts, coolers, golf accessories, boat flags, and more, which will be sold on Stilly.com.
